Branded PDFs
Your logo, your colors, and your payment terms on every invoice and estimate you send, and on the page your client pays from.
Getting paid
Online payments through your own Stripe
Clients pay on your page, not Stripe's
The card form is embedded in the Billr invoice page, carrying your logo and your colors. Nobody gets bounced to a checkout that looks like it belongs to another company, and you set your branding once, in Billr.
Card details go straight to Stripe. Billr never sees them.
Test your checkout before a client sees it
Run a real test-mode payment against your own connected Stripe account and watch every step land. You find out that collecting money works on a test charge, not on the first invoice you send a client.
- Payment request created on your connected account
- Card charged in test mode, no real money moves
- Stripe sends Billr a signed confirmation
- Payment recorded, which on a real invoice is the moment it flips to paid
Stripe publishes test cards for an approval, a 3D Secure challenge, and a decline, so you can see what a client sees when a card fails. The test never touches a real invoice or client, and nothing it writes is readable by any revenue query, so your numbers cannot move because you ran one.
0% platform fee
Billr is free forever and takes nothing out of what you collect. Stripe charges its own processing fee and Billr adds nothing on top of it.
Your Stripe account
You connect your own Stripe through Billr. Charges are made on your account and payouts follow your own schedule.
Billr never holds funds
Money goes from your client to you. Billr stores your Stripe account id, never a key that can move money.

Receivables aging

Open a bucket to see exactly which clients sit in it, ranked by what they owe, so chasing is a list rather than a hunch.
Receivables aging
Not yet due, 1 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90, and past 90, with the clients behind each bucket.
Profit and loss
Revenue minus expenses for the range, on a cash or accrual basis.
Invoiced versus collected
What you billed against what actually landed, period by period.
Top clients
Who your revenue really comes from, and what share each one is.
Expenses by category
Where the money went, ranked, with counts per category.
Time summary
Billable against non-billable hours, and the value still unbilled.
Every report runs on one date range control, from this month through the last twelve months or a range you pick, with an optional comparison against the period before it. Each one exports to CSV, and totals never mix currencies.
