One application. Two ways to pay for it.
Run Billr yourself for nothing, or let us run it for $19 a month. The product is the same either way: same invoices, same reports, same 53 MCP tools.

Questions
- What does the $19 include?
- Everything. Unlimited clients, invoices, estimates, time entries, expenses and reports, your own branding and payment page, every MCP tool, and the teammates you invite. There is no per-client or per-invoice charge, and nothing is metered. One subscription covers one workspace.
- How does the trial work?
- Every new hosted account gets 14 days. No card is needed to start. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep going; if you do not, you are not charged.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel from your workspace settings at any time, without emailing anyone. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the subscription stops. We do not refund partial months except where the law requires it.
- Do you take a cut of the invoices I get paid?
- No. Billr charges no platform fee, no per-invoice fee and no percentage of what you collect, on either edition. Clients pay into your own Stripe account and Stripe charges its own processing fee, which Billr adds nothing on top of.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- If a payment fails we retry it and email you. While your subscription is unpaid the workspace and agent tools stop accepting new work, and you keep read access and data export so you can get your invoices out. Nothing is deleted while you are inside the export window described in the Terms.
- Can I move from hosted to self-hosted later?
- Yes. It is the same application, so export your data from the hosted workspace, run your own installation, and point your agent at your installation instead of mcp.billr.cc. Cancel the hosted subscription when you are done.
- Are taxes included in the $19?
- The $19 is the price before tax. Stripe calculates any VAT, GST or sales tax we are required to collect for your location, and the exact total is shown at checkout before you confirm.
The full terms of the hosted subscription, including price changes and what happens after cancellation, are in the Terms of Service.
